Here is the flag of Kajov, a municipality in the South Bohemian region (okres Český Krumlov) in Czechia. It was adopted 7 April 2006, and published here - design: Miroslav J. V. Pavlů.
Description: blue over red with a white fly-triangle; on blue a yellow crown lined red; on red an axe with yellow haft and white blade; on white a red flower (the rose of Český Krumlov)
The coat of arms is identical.
