Flagdescription: three horizontal stripes blue, white, black, proportioned
2:7:1, the bottomstripe is wavy; on blue a white crescent pointing upwards,
below a yellow 6-pointed star; in center of white a black bull's head,
with red tongue and a yellow nose-ring.
