One  year ago the Mayor Mrs. Miroslava Studenovska took the Arms and Flag of City Borough Praha 4 Decreed  in the Chamber of deputies of the Czech Parliament  from its Chairman Mr. Vaclav Klaus. Till that time the fourth Borough used the historical Coat of Arms of Nusle. … For almost a year flies next to the entrance to the Town Hall the green - blue - white flag, the official Flag of our City Borough. The Council of Praha 4 has its seat in Nusle. The Historical Nusle Flag was horizontally of three equal stripes blue - green - white.
