Overview

Flag at <www.huila.com>. However, this website might not be the best reference.
Carlos Thompson, 21 December 2004

At <sanagustin-huila.gov.co>, there is an image with the flag but it is charged with the Coat of Arms on the hoist side of the white triangle. One could also note that the image suggest a 1:2 flag and not 7:11 and that "three horizontal bands" is not the way that I would choose to describe this flag.
