"La bandera está dividida en cuatro partes por rayas que se
cruzan en el centro.
El rectángulo superior derecho de color rojo escarlata es
símbolo de vida y pujanza, heroísmo, fuego, actividad. El
rectángulo inferior izquierdo, de color azul pastel, es símbolo
del cielo y del espacio ilímite. Los dos rectángulos blancos
son símbolos de paz.
La estrella de cinco puntas es símbolo del destino promisorio.
Su color dorado es una alusión a la cultura aurífera del
fabuloso Zenú.

Here is a flag I spotted while I was in Montería, the capital
of Córdoba department. I believe it to be the city flag, but I
have not been able to confirm it. The proportions are 2:3 - I
guess almost a standard in Colombian vexillology. The design is
based on the national colors. The image above has bright colors,
but the flags I spotted (about 10) were all pretty used up, so it
was hard to tell what the proper shades were.
