Overview

Río de Oro (River of Gold) is municipality in Cesar Department. It was founded on 1 October 1658.
The flag of San Alberto is horizontally divided blue-white-red (the image at the municipal web site show the upper stripe as purplish). The flag is charged with a device made of two stars and connecting waving line.
