Santo Tomás (officially: Santo Tomás de Villanueva) is a
municipality in Department of Atlantico.
The flag of Santo Tomás is vertical green-white green and
charged with the municipal coat of arms.

"El creador de la Bandera fue Adolfo Tomás Pizarro
Sarmiento.
SIGNIFICADO:
Los colores están colocados de forma vertical para significar la
altivez de los Tomasinos, el escudo en el centro es equivalente
al corazón fuerte, luminoso y trabajador del Tomasino.
LOS COLORES:
El verde: Representan el campo, la naturaleza.
El blanco: Representativo de la Paz, por ser una tierra
pacifica y comprometida con la esperanza para generar una vida
digna."
