Inner Mongolian Normal University is located in Hohhot, the capital of the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region. This is one of the few Chinese universities to have an actual flag, which can be seen at the university website.
The flag is pale green, and contains the university seal in the fly and a Hammer and Sickle in the canton.
My informant at the Inner Mongolia Normal University reported that the
putative pale green university flag was always flown on campus as part of a
bank of four, along with that of the PRC, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous
Region, and the commune of Hohhot.
