CYQ is a member of the Central Zone Association (Asociación Zonal
Centro). Quintero is a port city located in the the
Vth Region
(Valparaiso, ex-Acongua), north of the regional capital city Valparaiso.
The burgee of CYQ might be horizontally divided blue over red with
a white star in the middle. My source shows a rectangular flag with a
faceted greyish star. This would be another declension of the
national flag.
