The University of Toronto is located in Toronto, Ontario, and is generally regarded as one of the world's premier universities, especially by those who have a past, present, or ongoing connection with it. It has a very impressive heraldic Blazon of Arms, designed by the Niagara Herald.
The shield from these arms is generally used as the university crest -
a b&w line drawing of the crest can be seen on
Wikipedia.

Here's a link to the only image of the University of Toronto (U of T)
flag that I could find online at the
Univesity news website:
The flag, from my regular observation as it flies above Simcoe Hall,
appears to be somewhere between 1:1 to 4:7 in proportion. It is
basically the rectangular colour version of the UofT shield, with
stylized elements. The elements in the shield image shown in Wikipedia
may be the exact stylized elements used in the actual flags, though I am
uncertain. The blue colour is Pantone PMS301. For more information on
the crest and colours, kindly see the University
visual
identity guide (PDF)
