1993 Proposal

From Victor's site, the flags of post USSR Belarus are as follows:  The first flag used was the white, red, white tricolor.  In 1993, some people created a flag idea which never flew with the people of Belarus.  The flag is a plain red background, with two small green stripes on the top and bottom.  Later on, the current a-la Soviet flag was adopted by Lukashenko.
