The UTN or Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (National
Technological University) is neither a provincial, nor
a regional institution. It is a national university
that has several branches across all Argentina. There
are branches in different provinces like: Buenos
Aires, Córdoba, Entre Ríos, La Rioja, Mendoza, Chaco,
Tierra del Fuego, Santa Fe, Tucumán, etc. In some
provinces there are even branches in several cities.
The acronym "AVEIT" stands for "Asociación
Vocacional de Estudiantes e Ingenieros Tecnológicos"
(Vocacional Association of Technological Students and
Engineers). It is a non-profit civil association
related to the [Córdoba branch of the] UTN. This association gives its members
the possibility of making a trip inside the country
and abroad to continue the university studies after
the degree in the UTN is achieved by the student.

The flag is used just by the AVEIT related to the
Córdoba branch of the UTN. It is neither the UTN flag
nor the Cordoba branch of the UTN flag as a whole.
